Our Operations organization’s goal is simple: to ensure that patients worldwide are supplied with cost-effective, life-changing medicines. Operations is the crucial link between our Research and Development lab and the pharmacy shelf. We operate in over 100 countries, and our medicines are used around the globe. 


About the Program
Our two-year rotational program prepares you for accelerated entry into an impactful role, shaping your future as an Operations leader. Since its launch in 2009, over 250 graduates have completed our program, and gone on to exciting careers. 


Starting in September 2026, the program consists of three eight-month placements, each offering valuable insights into our business and the opportunity to shape its strategic direction. Over the course of the program, you will complete: 


1.    A technically focused rotation 
2.    A site-based rotation at one of our manufacturing facilities 
3.    A rotation within a global function or contributing to a global project within the US. 


Our placements are designed to give you hands-on experience across functions and build a strong foundation for rapid learning and growth. 


Location & Mobility Requirement
The successful candidate must agree to be available for rotations at any of the following U.S. sites: Gaithersburg, Frederick, Rockville (MD); Santa Monica, Tarzana, Redwood City (CA); Newark, Wilmington (DE); Mt. Vernon (IN); Coppell (TX).

Flexibility and willingness to relocate for each rotation is a condition of employment in the program. 


Compensation
We offer a competitive salary, including a Base Compensation + Performance based Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits (Medical, Dental, Sick, Vacation, 401k, et al).  For this roll the salary offer is $75,000 base + Bonus (AVG 10% of base), depending on performance + Benefits. The program offers relocation support, allowing you to rotate through locations.

Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree awarded in 2025 or due to be awarded in 2026 in Engineering, Sciences, or Operations-related subject areas
• 0 years of experience required
• Commitment to working with our Operations and Manufacturing sites, recognizing their critical role in delivering medicines to patients worldwide.
• Agility of thought and understanding, and the curiosity and flexibility to work anywhere within Operations
• Regional flexibility to rotate through our business at the locations that offer you the best developmental experiences.
